Shipping policy
We use Canada Post for shipping within Canada and for international orders in conjunction with their respective carrier partners once the package leaves Canada.
Upon shipping of your product, you will be sent a notification and tracking information to the email address or phone number you have provided.
We take every effort to package your order carefully and protectively but sometimes, damage can occur due to mishandling of packages with the carrier. If you receive your order damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can investigate the issue and provide you with a resolution as quickly as possible.
