If you want to memorialize your pet with a 3D rendering based on a picture you provide I have an excellent designer who can make that model for you.

What text you would like engraved (ex. Name, dates, poem, etc)
weight of the animal (this will dictate the size of the urn)
wood type (typically walnut or cherry but can provide an estimate on other wood types)
